Website Optimization

Website optimization is very important to businesses and individuals. The correct keywords need to be in place for the customer to find a product or item. And the business owner needs them to find put their product out there. Keywords are very important to the success of website optimization. A keyword is a word that a user enters in the search bar to find information. This is the word or phrase that will bring in the search results. And hopefully, your website will be one of the top results. Be more specific with the words.

Long-tail keywords begin by linking more than one word together in a short 4-5 word phrase. For instance instead of “RV” or “RV park” search for “RV park with long-term parking”. More than one word will give you better results. This will sort out things such as no long-termed parking. Or if your website has products like Samsung Tizen OS it is best to include Samsung TIZEN OS.

Take the time to do a thorough search of keywords and long-tail keywords. Search in your area to get a good idea of what you should use.

Responsive Website Design (RWD)

RWD enables all screens to adjust on all devices. This is part of optimizing the website. Nowadays with most people using cell phones or tablets, all sites have to be able to be viewed on all devices.

A website designer creates a site and all screens will automatically adjust to any screen (PC, tablet, phone). It is an approach to web design that makes web pages render well on a variety of devices and windows or screen sizes.

CSS or Cascading Style Sheets

CSS is a language style that is used with HTML or XML.  A Cascading Style Sheet is used to describe how the elements should show on the screen.  According to W3C specification, it is standard over most browsers languages on the Web and it is used over web browsers according to the W3C specification.
